ESTABLISHMENT SECTION
At present establishment section is dealt by Sri Purna Ch. Barik (Octroi Moharir) . The details staff position is given below.

Due to shortage of staff, Octroi Moharir has been entrusted for different works.
All the 23 retired employees are getting pension.
TAX SECTION
Sri Priyabrata Mallick "Tax Daroga" of this N.A.C. is entrusted with tax section. Under him six tax collectors have been engaged for different tax. Each tax collector has been entrusted towards. They are maintaining their diaries regularly.
Sri Bansidhar Mishra has been entrusted for market shed rent. There are 183 market sheds and 15 nos. of slum quarters is existing in N.A.C. area. The defaulter of different market shed has been duly given notices. There is remarkable achievement after arrival of the new council and the new council has raised the market rent to 10 percent.
ELECTRIC SECTION
Sri B.B. Dehuri (Light Moharir) has been entrusted with the light section. There are two Octroi Peon and two D.L.R. ladder men has been engaged for the smooth management of the electrical section. The details of light position is enclosed.
U.B.S. SECTION
There are 24 nos. of slums existing in Patnagarh N.A.C. . Out of which 13 nos. of slums are enclosed having population of 7,950 as per 2004 survey report. There are 120 S.H.G. groups are in different wards and all the S.H.G. groups are involved in different social awareness programme and thrift and credit is going in all most all the S.H.G. groups. SANITATION SECTION
At present, ward number 1 to 10 has been out sourced by a non-profit organization named "VIJAYA LAXMI & PALLAVI PEST CONTROL TARFELTING & ALIED SERVICE, BBSR" .For others 5 wards the present existing regular sweepers and sweepers are engaged in the cleaning operation. "VIJAYA LAXMI & PALLAVI PEST CONTROL TARFELTING & ALIED SERVICE, BBSR" has given a green and red bucket to each family of the Patnagarh N.A.C. area and there are 59 Still Dust Bin has been kept at different places of wards. There are 3 Auto Tippers and Hidrolic Dust Bin Tippers has been supplied by "VIJAYA LAXMI & PALLAVI PEST CONTROL TARFELTING & ALIED SERVICE, BBSR". There are 2 sweeping machines which also available with "VIJAYA LAXMI & PALLAVI PEST CONTROL TARFELTING & ALIED SERVICE, BBSR" and makes cleaning in alternative days. There are Approx. 50 labourers has been engaged by "VIJAYA LAXMI & PALLAVI PEST CONTROL TARFELTING & ALIED SERVICE, BBSR". Out of which 8 are drivers.
All these labourers are paid as per the wages fixed by the labour act. Door to door collection are done daily by the Auto Tippers. So also the Hidrolic Trippers collect the garbages from the dust bin and make eight trips daily. The garbages which are colleted by the Auto Trippers and the Hidrolic Trippers are dumped at Rampali Land, which has been duly approved by the District Authority and State Pollution Control Board. For the said dumping land approach road has been already constructed and till day due to lack of funds the proposal for boundary wall has not been taken up.
R.T.I. SECTION
Sri Priyabrat Mallick has been engaged as P.I.O. for this N.A.C. and P.C. Barik has been engaged as Asst. P.I.O. for this N.A.C.
WORKS SECTION
Sri Biswaranjan Jena L.F.S J.E. has been entrusted with all development works. To assist him Sri Ishak Md. Jr. Asst. has been engaged. Work section has maintained all development work files registers. The details of grants on different development works is enclosed.
ACCOUNT SECTION
Sri Rakesh Behera (Accountant) and Mr. Sudam Meher Jr. Asst. of this N.A.C. has been entrusted with Account Section. They are maintaining all the paper related to account matter . DEABAS is implimented from last financial year
